# allowTargetBlank on slices

Hello! The `allowTargetBlank` option to links is not available in the `slice-machine-ui` for a while now and every time I save some change to a slice it sets `allowTargetBlank` to `false` of all links of the slice. Is that intended?

Thanks for pointing this out.

It should not be intended. This feature has been discussed internally many times. This will be available at some point.
