# Documents are locked after archiving

Hi there!

I removed my pages in the french locale and I am trying to duplicate all my english ones to create new pages.

When I want to duplicate my english page to french, it keeps showing the archived and deleted document in prismic with the old page that was deleted.

How do I completely delete these permanently deleted pages so that I can redo the connection between the languages?

Hi! It sounds like you deleted the documents, but they still exist in the **Archived** tab. When this happens, translations remain linked to those archived documents.

Please check the **Archived** tab and permanently delete them from there
