# Failed to load resource: net::ERR\_TIMED\_OUT

Hey there,

Images are not appearing on my website. I've checked Console \> Network, anything resources that are loaded from "[https://images.prismic.io/xxxx](https://images.prismic.io/xxxx)" fails to load. After logging into my Prismic Repo, the medias are not loaded on CMS too.

I'm using Gatsby for the site. I'm still able to build locally, but previewing on localhost shows the same result (medias failed to show up).

Attaching a few screenshot, hope that helps to illustrate the issue.

Hi Fong,

We're not having any problems seeing images for your website on our side.

There's also no reported issue with our image provider.

I've switched my network, and the images loads fine. 🤐  
So sorry for the false alarm. This issue is resolved.

Thanks for the imgix status link too, will definitely pay attention to that in future.
