The options listed in the FAQ are the best way to create a table, and there are currently no native ways to build a table in Rich Text fields, but we are tracking it as a feature request and hope to implement it in the future.

How to create a Table

There are two ways to a table in Prismic: A. Slice with repeating fields B. Use a third-party service and embed the table in a field A. Slice with repeating fields 1.
