`Image` component alt text doesn't word wrap

When an images alt text is too long (ie a chart or flow diagram) it get visually cut off when editing a page. Currently you need to active the input field, then arrow over to scroll. Changing from a <input> to a <textarea> w/ auto height will resolve this edge case.
