# Issue to upload Media

Hi,
I can't upload any media on my library. When I click on the button, it doesn't work, nothing happens. I've deleted some pictures to see if it was the remaining space, but it doesn't seem to work.
Can you tell me what's going on please ?

The issue could be caused by a problem with the cache or your browser plugins. For starters, you could try the following steps:
- Log out, clear your cache, and log in
- Try in a private browser
- Try in a different browser
If that doesn't work, could you [open your console](https://appuals.com/open-browser-console/) and let me know if any error messages are appearing there? Also, could you share your repo name so I can check to see if there are any error messages in our logs? And, finally, could you send a screen recording of the behavior? (I use [Giphy Capture](https://giphy.com/apps/giphycapture) for this.)
