Prismic MCP activation keep failling

Hello,

I'm trying to activate the Prismic MCP (for Claude / ChatGPT integration) on my repository and keep hitting an "Activation failed — Try
activating Prismic MCP again." error on the Settings → Prismic MCP page.

Repository: lovetales
Plan: Starter
Steps to reproduce:

  1. Go to Settings → Prismic MCP on the lovetales repository
  2. Click the activation button
  3. Error appears immediately: "Activation failed. Try activating Prismic MCP again."

What I've tried:

  • Clicking Retry multiple times
  • Different browser (Chrome incognito) — same error
  • Logging out and back in to Prismic

The MCP URL https://mcp.prismic.io/mcp is configured on my Claude Code client side, but without the repository activation it can't
authenticate.

Is MCP available on the Starter plan? If so, could you investigate what's blocking activation on my account? If it requires an upgrade,
please let me know which plan.
