# Prismic+Next.js Netlify deploy

Hi!

I have a project built with Prismic + Next.js, and I am looking to host it on Netlify. However I get this build error when I deploy the site. On the documentation, I can only see the usage with Vercel, not sure if the instruction only works on Vercel. Wondering if there are more steps I have to follow in order to make this work with Netlify.

Hello @realgoodcms, I'm not sure if this is related to the build step. Is everything working correctly in dev mode?

Because this isn't directly related to Prismic we don't have any resources to troubleshoot this type of error, but here's a response from the Netlify community I found online. It might be helpful:
