Recommendations for slicemachine hosting

Hi guys,

I'm a newbie here, just wondering what the best practice is for hosting the slicemachine - it would have been good to have had it as a path on the prismic domain (like the legacy builder). As it's got separate hosting requirements, presumably we now require some authentication behind it? I've not seen any docs that go beyond its location on localhost.

Hello @jsgaisie, welcome to the community.

You don't need to host it anywhere else. Slice Machine is a local tool that's meant to be used in a development environment.
