Trying to bulk upload in french, doesn't like my guillemets

I'm using the bulk upload feature, and the json I'm uploading has french quotations marks (guillemets). I get the error ```}'' expected but ErrorToken (Not a keyword: Politique) found`

When I use normal english quotation marks it works. But I want to use the french ones. Any ideas?

Thanks for the response! I created an example file, and in the process found that it wasn't a problem with the guillemets. It was with some other quotes inside of quotes. I switched them to be 0x201c quotes and it worked. Thanks for offering to help.
