We can't log you to your dashboard

I can't seem to log in with my email. The same credential works here.

Also, reset my password doesn't do anything.

Hello Philip, welcome to the community!
I just took a look and your account is looks fine. Can you try changing your password again? Give it a few minutes, then try logging in?

Let me know if that still doesn't work and I can pass this to our dev team to investigate.

For anyone else experiencing this same issue, please send us the email you used to sign up to Prismic in a private dm so I can manually resend you the reset password link.
