Error 500 on new custom type creation

Hello,

I have technical issues every time I try to update a custom type or create a new one through the UI.

When I attempt to create a new custom type, I can write the name, and when I click on the "create a new custom type", the button goes to light green, non selectable.
I can see in the browser console a 500 error. It’s telling me to check the status page (which is all green) or to contact you.

When I attempt to edit an existing custom type, I cannot save the json type. Instead of "saving" i have "unable to save" in the top right corner.

I don’t know if it’s related, but I can see on the network that there is the following error

1. code: "identity_verification_missing_user_hash"
2. message: "Missing user_hash. A valid user_hash is required to authenticate users when Identity Verification is enabled."

My first thought, was that we are paying users, and had a payement issue, but now that the situation is resolved and I'm still stuck, I don't know where to investigate.
