We are using prismic and since 2 days we have a problem with preview.
When we create a new content, save it (without publishing it) and try to preview it, we have 404 error.
When we modify content that already exists, and try to preview it, the new modifications won't appear.
The following error message in our monitoring seems related to this problem :
Prismic::SearchForm::AuthorizationException: Access to this Ref requires an access token
We didn't change our token, so do you have any idea ?

Welcome to the Prismic community, and thanks for reaching out to us.
The preview token expires once the saved information has been archived or published. The preview token generated is only valid for the information being previewed at that time. This would suggest that your trying to use an old link after the content has been changed.
It can also be related to cookies. Try to clear cookies by clicking the "X" button on the preview module to exit the preview.
