Gatsby Previews Not Working with Gatsby-Source-Prismic Plugin

I recently refactored a website to use the newly recommended gatsby-source-prismic plugin instead of the soon-to-be-deprecated gatsby-source-prismic-graphql plugin. I am still having issues trying to get previews to work.
