Hi! How do I change the email account that monthly invoices are sent to?

The owner of the repository, the one who created it, is the one who receives the monthly receipts.
If you absolutely need to change this email address, you would need to switch the owner of the repo. The owner needs to reach out to us directly from the repository in the chat bubble and confirm the email address of the new owner.
The product team is currently working on overhauling the billing process and this issue should be remedied.
