Limiting access to some users

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if it's possible to have some users on Prismic that can only access a special "type" of page in the back office ?

For example we'd like to have other people going on our Prismic but ONLY to add/modifiy job offers (which is a specific "type" in our case) but WITHOUT having access to any other content that this very specific one.
Is that possible or not ?

Thanks a lot

Hi Victoria,

Welcome to the Prismic community,

I've reached out to our production team, and currently, this is not possible, but you can have a separate repository to handle the jobs page.

I will also create a feature request and send it to our @features-team.

Please let us know if you have any other inquires.

Hello, thanks for the feedbacks

What do you mean by repository? How does it work ?

Thanks a lot
Victoria

In fact, we mean you can create another Prismic repository dedicated to the Jobs Page where you can freely manage permissions, but of course, to do such a change would need a developer.

@marketing2 / @Fares I submitted this as a feature request on the roadmap.

Hello!
I have a similar concern. So we want to include a user, who should be only able to access our content put not work on it, publish/unpublish it or anything like it. We just upgraded to the starter-package to be able to integrate more users. However I cannot see a possibility to manage and limit the accesses for this user. Have there been any updates regarding this topic?

Kind regards,
Violeta

Hello @xbyx,

My apologies that I am just responding to this.

We have user roles starting medium plan. Learn more below:

Thanks,
Racheal.

Hello! I think this would be exactly it. Right?

Do you know around when "coming soon" means?

Thank you and all the best,
Céline

Hi @celine, team is aiming to have the feature by the end of this quarter. Let me know if you'd like me to put you in touch with our sales team about getting access to this feature.

Best,
Guy

Nice, thank you for your answer!

That would be nice, thanks. Do you need anything from me for that?

Yep, could you send me a DM with your contact details and the name of your repo and I'll pass it on to our sales team.
