My CDN isn't working

I've got some documents in my media library, but when trying to link to them in my site for download, I get an AWS S3 access denied message. I noticed if I access them in Prismic the URL has changed from https://deuren.cdn.prismic.io/deuren to https://prismic-io.s3.amazonaws.com/deuren

Has the bucket URL changed? And if so how can I pull the correct URL through the API so people can access these documents on the front end?

Could you show me an example of the media file you're working with?
