Hi, we're having the same problem all updates we're making in Prismic haven't gone live now since Friday (it's now Wednesday). We've tried reversing the changes and re-doing them, checking file names to ensure there are no hyphens or spaces but nothing is working. Looked in the API and it looks like the most up to date version of the homepage should be live but it's not showing on site. Can you help?

Hi Priyanka,

Thank you for coming back to me. I did try to follow this article before I reached out and from what I can see there shouldn't be anything stopping content from going live. We've reversed changes we've made since Friday and re-made them to republish but content still won't show on site. Do you know what else we can do? We really need to be able to make updates and have to take a promotion off-site before 1st.

I need to debug it. I need the following:

  1. Your project source code (also steps to start your project).
  2. Repository name.
  3. Documents names or UID that are not live on the website.
