Provide account when running npx @slicemachine/init

I have multiple Prismic accounts. When I ran npx @slicemachine/init --repository my-repo on my mac machine the CLI picked up wrong account because of auto login in browser.

This seems like a bug as I assume repository name to be unique and CLI should be able to figure out which account to use or at least give an option to clear current token/credentials.
