Usage Dashboard not loading

When I'm on the settings page and I click the usage dashboard tab I get an error page saying Prismic has encountered an error with a try again button.

Sorry about this @tech32, this is a new Jam feature that doesn't seem to have done what I wanted it to! I couldn't see your browser console in there. Could you either install the Jam plugin and do the same thing but send me the recording link, or look in your browser console and see if you're getting a more explicit error code there? Thanks so much and sorry again!
