We're excited to announce support for SvelteKit!
SvelteKit is modern website framework built on top of Svelte and Vite. Developers love SvelteKit for its simplicity and speed. Think of it as an alternative to Next.js using Svelte instead of React.
The best way to try out SvelteKit with Prismic is with a starter project. With a starter, you can see how
content is modeled in Slice Machine, fetched from Prismic, and rendered with @prismicio/svelte.
Here's how to try SvelteKit today:
- Log in to Prismic or create a new account.
- Create a new Prismic repository using the new SvelteKit option.
- Select the “Minimal” or “Full website demo” starter—choose to start from scratch.
- After giving your repository a name, follow the
@slicemachine/initinstallation instructions.
