Detected deprecated sm.json and beginning migration run into errors

Hi guys, I need to add new slices, but I run into multiple errors when slicemachine automatically detects an older version and updates to the recent version (typescript):

SliceMachineError: Failed to initialize project: Error: Error in `@slicemachine/adapter-next` during `project:init` hook: helpers.updateSliceMachineConfig is not a function
