Actually we can create section on custom types, but i didn't seen in documentation ways to get it.
I created partners custom type, and most sections with their names like: iFood, UberEats, and most.
I want to get all sections name, create a list, and when I click in string send the request to get this section page.

If I understand your question correctly, You want to have different pages for partners iFood, UberEats, and most. And on one page, you need that listing with links to that corresponding page.
If that's the case, Create another listing Custom Type and give a Content Relationship field, and link to this field to these pages. You can achieve this by doing One-to-Many relationships.
