H1s, 2s, 3s, etc. menu not appearing upon highlight

With the new interface, I am no longer getting the pop up menu when I hover over text in the text slice, so I can't change text to H1, H2, bold, etc. The menu just doesn't appear.

I am copying in text from a Word document, then attempting to change the headings. Yesterday, it randomly started working again in English, but today it is not working, and it hasn't worked in a couple of days on foreign language blogs.

I have already attempted turning off plugins and trying in multiple browsers including Chrome and Edge.

I'm sorry to see you're experiencing this issue.

Can you record your issue with this Chrome plugin? It will give us the dev information needed to debug, and you can remove it once you’re done.

I will add that sometimes, now, the bar appears, and other times it does not. Today, it was working. Then, it just stopped working for some reason again. See video above. I need to add a link to text but I can't get the bar to pop up.

Thanks for providing this, Courtney. It helps alot.

I haven't been able to recreate this on my end, but as you said, it's intermittent.

I wonder if it has anything to do with the fact you're copying Word docs. Can you try opening your Word file in Google Docs and copying the text in that way? Google Docs will clean any word formatting which might be causing issues.
