I am changing my CMS from Framer to Prismic. How do I avoid duplicate content?

Hello,

We are changing our CMS from Framer to Prismic. I manually moved all the content from Framer into Prismic and saved them as drafts. However, I am worried about the issue of duplicate content. How can I ensure this doesn't happen? Is there a plug-in that can write 304 redirects or something so that URLS from old blog posts are redirected to the new ones hosted on Prismic?

There aren't any plugins available for Prismic, so solutions like this must be built custom and contained within your website code.
