Image compression altering rendered colors

Is it possible that Prismic's image compression would alter the background color of an image? The image I uploaded has a background color of rgb(245,245,245) but is being rendered with rgb(245,246,247).

I’ll be happy to help.

Prismic image compression is done with the help of imgix image processor.

It is possible that the color slightly change due to compression, you can try to disable the compression to figure out the reason.
