Locked out of Prismic

I signed up for Prismic with Heroku. The SSO integration is broken and Prismic has no plan to update the interactions. My team been locked out of my account for the account for 4 weeks now. I have been speaking with Fares and he offered to transfer ownership of my repository. I have sent multiple emails and messages. This is disruptive to my operations. How can I get help with this?

Ideally paying customers should be able to get account support outside of public forum.

I really apologise for the disruption of your services, this issue is due to a change in a third party integration API.

A request of transfer of ownership to the new user has been sent, and now it is done! can you confirm?
