We're working on a clients repo and she's locked herself out and cannot access. She's followed the standard reset password process but still is unable to successfully log in. She's the repo owner so we're not able to delete her user account and add a new one.
Is it possible to get some help getting her back in?

And if possible, could you share a screenshot of the console in the browser? We'd like to see if you're getting any particular errors, for example:
