We can't log you to this repository

Hello, one of our team members can't login into our repository since yesterday. It says "We can't log you to this repository". Before yesterday she was able to login without problems. The credentials are correct. Even the "Forgot your password" function doesn't work.
Any ideas why it isn't working?

Hi Sarah,

Welcome to the Prismic forum, and thanks for posting! Sorry to hear that your colleague is having trouble logging in.

For starters, could you tell me:

  • Your repo name
  • Your colleague's email address
  • The browser that your colleague is using

If possible, a video screen capture of your colleague attempting to log in and reset password would also be helpful.

If you don't want to post this info publicly, you can send me a DM.
