Repository stuck on loading screen after transferring ownership (Next.js + Prismic)

Hello Prismic team,

I recently completed a website built with Next.js and Prismic and handed the project over to the client by transferring ownership of the Prismic repository.

After the transfer, the client created their own Prismic account and attempted to open the Prismic repository. However, they are consistently encountering an issue where the Prismic interface gets stuck on a loading screen, and the repository never fully opens.

The user has the email bergfs@bergfs.is

To better understand what’s happening, could you please try to replicate it what your client sees with Jam? Jam is a really useful plugin tool that captures the browser console and other dev information that we use to debug and troubleshoot, so we can see what you see. You can then send us the link directly, and we’ll be able to investigate further.
