Scheduled Content Items not Publishing

We have been using the scheduled option for a while now and it has always worked.

On our last two marketing launches our scheduled content did not publish. I doubled checked date and time and not sure why this is happening.

Do we have access to an error log that might provide some insight? My IT dept. has tested scheduling 1 content item to publish and 1 in multiple markets and it worked.
