WHen logged in asking for onboarding again, We have already 300+ documents on this account but API is giving response and all our media fiels are present but custom types are missing and documents are missing

Same here, just as I was in the middle of updating the structure in multiple pages.

Sorry about this - we had a brief bug that impacted repositories and was promptly resolved. Apologies for the scare, and thanks for letting us know! It should be all back to normal now.
