Upgrading slice-machine-ui; `Could not find a component for Slice type`

Creating new slices now resolves in ' Could not find a component for Slice type "slice_name" ` after patch update.

Using typescript@5.0.4 / next@13.1.1

This issue is only since the below version releases:

slice-machine-ui@1.0.1
@slicemachine/adapter-next@0.1.1

To resolve: Delete index.js from slices directory.
