Webhook at document change

There is just a webhook at document is published, but i need for our internal preview a webhook at document save or at document change. Because the preview page is displaying the unpublished documents aswell. Is there any other soution? Thank you

I'm planning to use the webhook feature for sending notifications on new article release for users. I could not find the way to grab the published content's ID. Any pointers?
