Add a `Max Items` configuration on Repeatable Zone's and Group Fields

Feature Idea (one per thread):

It would be good to be able to set a max number of items available in a Repeatable Zone and Group Field.

Issue that it solves:

There are many cases in which one would want repeatable fields in a Custom Type, but have a max number of items. One example is a Home Page Hero Banner containing a Text and Image that rotates between X number of items. Right now, if we wanted to implement this with a max of 10 Banner items, we'd have to create 20 fields (text_1, image_1, text_2, image_2,....) instead of 2 fields in the repeatable zone with a max setting of 10.
