We have CONTACT FORM WITH TABS (INQUIRIES FORM) component on our contact us page. But we are not receiving inquiry mails anymore somehow.
We've checked the email account and there is not problem about it. Is there anyone who has an idea about this issue?

Hi, I'm sorry, but I believe that this issue is not related to Prismic; Prismic doesn't support writing content using such a contact form; you must be using some external service to archive that.
I highly recommend you get in touch with your dev team to investigate this issue.
