I created a test document a few days ago, but I deleted it a few hours later. The problem is that the site is still showing this document. The document is not visible on the dashboard, so it looks like it was deleted. We really need this document to be removed, can someone help us please?

Have you set up webhooks to your deployment service so it knows when there are changes in your Prismic repo?
