Default option in Select field doesn't work

Hello,

I've noticed that over the last 2-3 weeks, the default option in the select field is not working anymore.

Has anyone else noticed this?

The repo is sharetribe - for example, you can go in the Blog Post custom type and try to select "title_sizing" to have the first value as a default. However, it doesn't save (at least for me)
