Drag&drop for ordering fields is broken (SliceMachine)

Hi there,

I'm creating a new custom type and adding fields to it, but when I try to reorder them using the drag&drop feature, it messes the order, it's impossible to use it. It also looks that not all fields are wrong, maybe only rich text and groups are failing, but I don't know exactly.

For people with this problem, a quick workaround is to edit the content type JSON and reorder fields as desired, instead using the SliceMachine UI.

I'm using SliceMachine 2.8.1 (latest right now). I reloaded the SliceMachine and it doesn't wok either.

Thanks for pointing this out.

Can you record your issue with this Chrome plugin? It will give us the dev information needed to debug, and you can remove it once you’re done.

@cerrutti thanks for starting this topic! I've been running into the same problem in recent weeks (months, maybe?). I just got annoyed enough to post about it today, then saw this thread!

@Phil, I went ahead and recorded this issue via Jam. Here's the link. Let me know if you need more info!

:point_down: in the meantime, this temporary solution works perfectly!
