Duplicated Items not display Name change on the main view

This was previously working fine. Only in the last few weeks has it been an issue.
Duplicated multiple items
Renamed each of them
However, when viewing the name in the main view (/documents/working)
it is only picking up the duplicated original name and not the new one.
Example; each of these that you see, once you click into them have a different name.

Hey Jeremy, this must be happening because of the new Display Name feature.

This feature allows you to edit the Display name from within the document manually.
