Error in PageBuilder - 404 on ./visualizer/slice-simulator

I am receiving this error when I visit a page in the page builder. It appears over every slice I include in the page, and is complaining that ./visualizer/slice-simulator can't be found.

I don't use the slice simulator.

Not to my knowledge. I have never been able to successfully set up live preview.
