[feature request] custom type token with scope

Hello team,

Recently, I created a tool to share a shared slice to the company designers using the custom type API. However, in this tool we can see the token. So for the security reasons, I thought it would be nice to have a scope of tokens that can only be viewed.

When we generate token, could we have a feature to manage scope such as read, write, update, delete ?
