Line Breaks doesn't work anymore

Hi,

Until recently, it was possible to create line breaks in Text fields using Shift + Enter, but this no longer seems to work.

Now, line breaks only function in Rich Text fields when the Allow multiple paragraphs checkbox is checked.

For info, I tested on Windows, MacOS, in Firefox, Chrome, Safari, and I have the same issue.

Is this change here to stay? It’s quite frustrating, as I’ve relied on this feature extensively across several client projects.

Is there any alternative, or do I really need to replace all the Text fields with Rich Text fields? That would involve a significant amount of work.

We are experiencing the same issue :pensive_face:
Hopefully prismic team can give an answer asap, because at the moment we don't know what to do: just wait or migrate all key text fields where multiline was needed (not a preferable solution, requires a lot of manual work :sad_but_relieved_face: )
