When logging out of your Prismic account, there seems to be no re-direct in place, so it looks like the logout action has not been completed.
However, it has logged you out but you need to refresh to see the login screen again.

Yes, I totally agree that it would redirect automatically to the login page or at least give any feedback when clicking on the logout button, but I'm not sure if this was the case before or if it is a regression.
I have created an issue for this in our issue tracker to investigate and fix, and I will let you know if the case of any updates.

it's a regression... it definitely used to go back to a login screen.
