Not able to access releases

I don't know the best place to post this so doing here. Please let me know if this isn't the right place but this is urgent.

Our company uses Prismic as the CMS for our website. The website is stable but we are currently unable to access any pages within a staged release.

For example, I'm able to go into a release like this one:

But when I actually click the page to edit it I get this error:

This is true for all Prismic users at our company and all releases. We are thus unable to do any work on the website and are blocked.

Tried logging in and out, replicated with multiple users.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Go to cesium.prismic.io and log in
  2. Go to the "Planned" tab next to "Work" to view all releases.
  3. Click on any page inside any release.

We are experiencing the same thing.

Update: it's working for us now.
