In a rich text editor I need to be able to add a block of text, that will than be render using different style (infobox). (I use custom rendering) I wanted to use preformatted, but it doesn't support strong and other formats. Only urls can be used in preformatted. Is that a bug, or a feature? The json representation has spans, so it could easily add strong.
If it's a feature, is there a way to add custom style, so that I don't have to abuse H6 which supports all formatting I need?

I believe what you're looking for is their custom labeling system. This is not yet supported in the new Page Builder. You'll have to revert to legacy when you need to use them.
