After uploading images in the Media Library, I add information to the image, such as Alt text and private notes. But when I click on Private Notes, it takes me back to the library and I'm not able to add anything.

I can't recreate this on my side. But I noticed your email is being pasted into the search bar when you click the 'more info' button. It looks an interfering plugin.
Can you try disabling your browser plugins and/or trying a different browser.

It did work and I was able to add written info with every picture. However, when I tried to add those images to my article, all the written text (alt text etc.) had disappeared... I have added the alt text and notes several times, but the moment I try to add the image to my article, no more alt text

I've just tested this in my repository and had no issues.
Can you try a different browser, and if that fails, make another Jam recording?

I tried again and it worked normally, so I'm guessing it was a one-time bug - if there's such a thing. If it happens again, I'll try what you suggested.
