Sorry if it isn't the right place to notify this issue.
In a certain window width, there's no way to go to the Dashobard
I'm giving two screen shots, one is the proper home page opened and other with menu opened.
In both cases, I'm logged in and I can also reach dashboard button if I drag my browser window sides to have more viewport width there.
Viewport size: 960x768

Oh this annoys me so much also!!
I do my dev work splitting my monitor, and I keep having to pull the screen wider then login then push the screen back to my dev size. Would be so much better to have the button available at small sizes 
.
