Problems or Best practices with restructuring my slices

Hi Prismic Community,
I am new to prismic and trying to synchronize my navigations and footer with social media links Since there is no multi-select. I am kind of stuck on what I can do to make this in the slices especially if inside my slices repeatable zone. I really wanted to make this work. What best practices with something like this? Do I make another custom type for this?

Hi Sam,

The best practice for creating menus is to create a new 'menu' Custom Type as you suggested. You then maintain this single Document and query it on every page on your website. The best practice is to query it
once before all your other queries are run to reduce the build time.
