I am wondering about mobile adaptation of images. Our images look good on desktop, but not-so-good on mobile.
From what I understand (from reading this: Image Field Reference - Documentation - Prismic), we need to add a bit of code to make the image adapted to a mobile format? No-one at my company has knowledge in coding, so if there is another way to fix this, please advise!
(In my opinion, responsive images are a basic function that should work by default.)

Welcome to the Prismic community.
You need to add the media queries in order to have a responsive design and for you will need a designer with some knowledge of CSS or a developer.
It is not complicated but you need to learn some CSS and you can follow this doc for more info
